Are you a creative blogger looking to improve your photography & design skills?
Are you ready to take better photos and finally switch from auto to manual? Join Blog Society, Pink Ronnie and Tealily Photography for an intensive, full day workshop in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will be teaching the basics of manual photography and editing as well as introducing you to Adobe InDesign to provide you with the skills and confidence to enhance your digital storytelling and move your blog forward.

What will the workshop cover?
During the first half of this friendly, hands-on class, we will be de-mystifying the technical elements of manual mode photography coupled with a basic editing session using Adobe Lightroom. This will then be followed by an intensive Adobe InDesign session - you will learn the basics of using this versatile design software, as well as ideas and tips for laying out your blog posts and creating other design elements for your blog.

In a relaxed environment, this workshop is designed for bloggers looking to have fun while improving their storytelling style. We’ve kept the class size small and intimate (15-20 students max) so you can relax and socialise with other local bloggers and to encourage questions and comments. We are also hoping to allow for some one-on-one time. There’ll be beautiful styling on hand to spark photographic inspiration and, of course, a delicious & healthy lunch to enrich our minds with creative goodness.

Who should take this workshop?
The workshop is aimed at the beginner photographer who is currently shooting in auto mode and is ready to take that next step (a camera with full manual capability will be required). No prior knowledge of Lightroom or InDesign is required.

When will the workshop take place?
Friday, 21 February 2014
9am - 5pm

Where will it be held?
NellyPro Studio
Building 1, Level 1

The cost of the workshop is $595.00 per person, and this includes lesson handouts, lunch, refreshments and an awesome goodie bag (payment must be made via Paypal and please note we do not issue refunds).

What do I need to bring to the workshop?
